I work with buyers to find their ideal home based on their wants and needs.  I help each buyer through the pre-approval process, and make sure they understand each step along the way concluding with the closing. I develop a detailed marketing plan for all of my listings, beginning with presenting the home to generating broad exposure on a variety of local and national websites. I market all of my listed properties using the internet and social media, as well as traditional marketing. I have the technology and resources available to respond to potential buyers and sellers immediately with detailed and relevant information via phone, email, or text.
